Percon Information Solutions and Consultancy A.Ş. ("Percon" or "Company") attach the utmost importance to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to processing and storing the personal data of individuals who want to work within the Company and make job applications in compliance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), secondary regulations (regulations, communiqués, circulars) issued and to be issued in connection with the Law, and decisions to be taken by the Personal Data Protection Board which is binding.

In full awareness of this responsibility, as defined in the Law as the "Data Controller" with the full understanding of our responsibility, we process your personal data within the scope of account opening procedures as explained below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.

1. Information Regarding the Data Controller

Percon Information Solutions and Consultancy A.Ş., registered at the Istanbul Trade Registry Office, with the tax identification number 7280846132, is the Data Controller, located at "Maslak Mah. Maslak Meydan Sok. Beybi Giz Plaza No:1 Kat:15 D.No:55 PK:34398 Sarıyer Istanbul".

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed by Percon for the following purposes:

• To fulfill our obligations stipulated in the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and secondary regulations issued pursuant to this Law,

• To ensure the implementation of advanced recruitment activities,

• To develop and maintain human resources policies,

• To meet the employment needs of the Company,

• To contact you again in case of a positive or negative outcome of the application.

Your personal data is processed within the framework of the Law, in accordance with the principles of legality and honesty, limited to these purposes, and proportionate.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed only by the company partner and managers dealing with Human Resources within the Company, without being transferred to third parties within the scope of the purposes mentioned above.

4.Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Reasons

Your personal data is collected by our company through methods such as e-mail, telephone, website, and paper-based forms, both automatically and non-automatically, verbally, in writing, or electronically.

In this context; your name-surname, nationality, place of birth, date of birth, gender, marital status, driving license, photograph, education information, military status certificate for male employees, phone number, e-mail address, personality identification evaluations for the determination of compatibility with our working principles and team, your references, camera records for monitoring workplace entrances and exits, and records taken during security checks, your suitability for the job, and your personal data such as the reason for rejection in case of a negative outcome of your job application are processed based on legal grounds according to Article 5 of the Law, subparagraphs d-e-f.

5.Rights of Data Subjects under the Law

At any time, you may apply to Percon to;

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,

• Request information if your personal data has been processed,

• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

• To know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data are transferred,

• Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

• Request notification of the operations made as a result of correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,

• To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• To demand the compensation of the damages in case you incur damages due to the illegal processing of your personal data.
   

You can apply to use your rights and requests regarding the application and the right you demand by filling out the application form that you can obtain from https://percon.io/, signing it with your wet signature and sending it to the address "Maslak Mah. Maslak Meydan Sok. Beybi Giz Plaza No:1 Kat:15 D.No:55 PK:34398 Sarıyer Istanbul" through a notary, registered mail or in person, or by sending the application form you filled out in electronic form with your mobile signature or secure electronic signature to the address info@percon.io using your KEP address or the e-mail address already registered in the Company's data registration system. Percon will respond to requests for up to ten pages in writing without any charge; for each page above ten pages, it will charge a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira. If the response to the application is to be given in a recording medium such as a CD, flash memory, the fee that may be requested by the Company will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.

In the application containing your explanations regarding the rights you have as the data subject and the right you request to use, your request must be clear and comprehensible, and if the subject you request is related to you personally or if you act on behalf of someone else, you must present your special power of attorney certified by the notary on this subject. In your applications, it is compulsory according to the "Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller" to include your name-surname, signature, T.C. identification number, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, phone and fax numbers, and the subject of the request. Applications that do not contain these elements will be rejected by Percon.
