Test Manager

We are seeking a skilled Test Manager to oversee the effective management of software testing processes within our organization. The role involves defining test strategies, preparing test plans, managing testing resources, and reporting test results for software development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test strategies to ensure the quality of software products.

• Prepare comprehensive test plans and manage testing resources effectively.

• Lead and coordinate the testing team to execute test cases.

• Analyze and report test results to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the timely resolution of defects.

• Establish and enforce quality assurance standards.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple testing projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in interpreting test metrics and tracking performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
   

Nice to Have:

• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.).

• Experience with test automation tools.

• Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, IEEE, etc.).
